Get outside and explore Kokomo’s
parks, trails, and recreational spaces.

Kokomo Reservoir Park

Enjoy the great outdoors in this park, spanning 30 acres with open-air shelters, playgrounds, fishing (pier and bank fishing access), nature trail, and boat launch ramps.


Wildcat Creek Walk of Excellence

Walk, bike, run, or rollerblade through Kokomo. This trail goes through several parks, Downtown Kokomo, and runs alongside the Wildcat Creek. Watch for local wildlife, native plants, and colorful art murals painted by local artists!


Kirkendall Nature Center

Learn about native wildlife and see a large diorama of preserved animals, live animal exhibits, and a bird watching area – all nestled in scenic Jackson Morrow Park.


Cutler Park Pickleball Court Complex

Pickleball has expanded in Kokomo with the Cutler Park complex now open, featuring eight new dedicated pickleball courts and five new tennis courts. Other pickleball courts in Kokomo include four dual-use courts at Highland Park, four dual-use and one dedicated court at Foster Park, and indoor courts at both Carver Community Center and Kokomo Family YMCA.


Golf (or Disc Golf!)

Schedule a tee time! Enjoy a day of golf at a local course, such as Wildcat Creek Golf Course or Chippendale Golf Club. Go to Recreation to see the full list! 18-hole disc golf course is located at Highland Park.


Skate Parks

Kokomo has three outdoor skate parks, offering adventure for all skill levels.

Northside Pump Track in Northside Park welcomes skateboarders, BMX bikes, roller skaters, scooters and anything with wheels! Features beginner, intermediate and advanced sections.

Foster Park Skatepark (located in Foster Park) and Studebaker Skatepark (located in Studebaker Park) are open for all BMX bikes, boards and blades.



Kokomo Beach Family Aquatic Center

This family-friendly outdoor waterpark features high energy water slides, lazy river, kiddie slide, leisure pool, lap pool, and kid’s splash pad. Family changing rooms, lockers, and concessions are available for a full day of fun in the sun!


Industrial Heritage Trail

This local trail provides a great way to see Kokomo’s historic industrial sites by foot or bike. The trail goes through Downtown Kokomo and provides resting spaces throughout, including one near a piece of public art near Kokomo Opalescent Glass. The trail also connects to the Nickel Plate Trail by a pedestrian bridge over Indiana 931.


Kokomo Little Links

This brand new 18-hole miniature golf course and shaved ice stand located in Kokomo’s Cutler Park. This family-friendly and inclusive attraction is ADA accessible and managed by local nonprofit Bridges Outreach. Kokomo Little Links is open seasonally and hours vary.
